Our ambassador team is discreet, friendly and professional – so whether you want to relax at the island´s best beach restaurants, enjoy boat trips to Formentera or simply stay put in your suite and have the island´s best food and wellness practitioners brought to you – your ambassador will arrange it for you.
Ibiza is notorious for reservations being required for the best spots months in advance, which is why one of your first encounters with your Ibiza Bay ambassador will be as soon as you´ve reserved your suite. They will reach out to start planning your stay to ensure that you have the best activities arranged before you step foot on the White Isle.
Upon touchdown at Ibiza airport and the Ibiza Bay chauffeur service collects you, you will be offered arrival drinks/cocktails at the Ibiza Bay VIP front desk, while you enjoy the speedy check-in service.
Some guests leave it up to their ambassador to get their luggage into their room and unpacked while they head poolside or their private roof terrace to soak up some sun.
