Something you used to hate as a kid, and now you love and eat every week
Good question! Since I was little, my parents have made sure I eat everything. The only things I didn’t really like were peppers and cucumbers. But since I started cooking, I can eat them my way! But not every day! What I could eat every day would be Carbonara.
What is your perfect day out in Ibiza?
A rest day is essential to disconnect from the adventures that happen in the restaurant during the week. Beach, sunset, and a good dinner with company are perfect!
What’s one thing people don’t know about you?
If I tell you, they will find out!
Superpower you would want.
None. I believe the best superpower I can have is a valid and capable team to work together.
What’s inspiring you in life right now?
Cooking new dishes.

Tell us about your Nobu Journey…
I started at Nobu Milan in 2013. There, I discovered and liked the idea of cooking Asian cuisine because it blends well with the ingredients from my country. Since 2018, I have moved to Ibiza where I work during the summer. In the winter, I sometimes have the opportunity to help out at other Nobu locations and continue working, getting to know other colleagues in the group.
What is your favourite Nobu dish?
Salmon new style, a blend of flavors that makes it unique.
