At Ibiza Bay, you can easily combine a holiday with healthy living.  Keep your body moving and challenge yourself with the latest Technogym equipment including, treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes and free weights in our newly refurbished fitness centre.

If outdoor training is more your speed, try one of our Vinyasa Flow, Hatha yoga or pilates on the outdoor yoga deck or roof terrace, with views of the Mediterranean Sea.  Learn the ropes of TRX, boxing and plyometrics on our Beach Deck.  Our trainers can adapt the workout to your goals and physical ability, whether you are an iron man or a complete novice.

Book a one-to-one session with Andy Vincent, a highly experienced fitness, biomechanics, injury rehabilitation and nutrition specialist. Andy’s holistic 360 approach to training incorporates mobility, strength, cardio, recovery, nutrition and lifestyle for a truly different training approach ensuring lasting results.

Yoga

Take time for yourself with a private yoga class with Debs O’Brien on our yoga deck overlooking Talamanca Bay. Ibiza resident Debs is experienced in hatha, vinyasa and pre and postnatal yoga, centring on living in the moment and finding your balance. Our resident teacher Sandra Garcia leads weekly yoga and meditation sessions on our yoga deck and roof terrace, speak to her in the spa reception for more information. 

Pilates

Combine mental wellbeing with a bespoke Pilates class with a one-on-one session with Ami Collins. A highly experienced and qualified Pilates teacher, Ami has worked all over the world following her passion for helping people to move better and feel happier.
