Join us every Wednesday at xx pm and step into El Botánico, our naturally cool sanctuary where soft moss lines the walls and greenery cascades from above. Here, you are welcomed with a tasting of traditional hierbas, before being guided into the world of Ibiza’s wild herbs.

Hosted by island artisan Philip Thomas, whose journey spans brewing, distilling, and a deep-rooted passion for botanicals, the experience becomes both personal and immersive. Drawn to Ibiza’s aromatic landscape and the heritage of hierbas, Philip brings a modern sensibility to a centuries-old tradition - one that began as a medicinal remedy and remains a symbol of connection, shared at the end of a meal. His approach is simple: let the herbs speak.

Around a communal table, surrounded by a living tapestry of island greenery, you will select your own botanicals and craft a blend that is entirely yours. Guided by Philip’s expertise and storytelling, the process becomes intuitive, creative, and quietly transformative. A moment shared, hands-on, and deeply connected to Ibiza Bay.
