This bespoke service has been created to fulfill every individual client’s wishes and ensure they have a comfortable and memorable stay.

We aim to provide a personalized and exclusive service to every guest staying in our Presidential, Royal or Penthouse Suite. Our Ambassadors are specially trained and combine guest relations, front office and food and beverage expertise.

The Ambassador service starts way before our guests arrive, at the time of booking, ensuring the client’s itineraries and transfer arrangements are hassle-free.  

Once in the hotel, a personalized and caring approach is guaranteed throughout our guest’s entire journey with us.

  • Welcoming guests on arrival and accompanying them to their suites;
  • Personalized welcome amenities;
  • Support with housekeeping needs, including arranging optimal times for room services: cleaning, turndown, laundry, dry cleaning;
  • Looking after any technical or maintenance incidents in the guest room;
  • Cashier tasks: money exchange, pay-outs;
  • Booking external activities: restaurant reservations; beach and night clubs;
  • Taking note of any food and beverage orders, table settings, meal servings when required;
  • Transportation organization;
  • Small shopping: pharmacy or groceries;
