NORTH & WEST AREA
San Carlos: you would find Ca n'Anneta, a cozy bar; Viccio, the best ice cream shop in the island and the beautiful Aguas Blancas beach.
Sant Juan: typical Ibicencan village where you can find a lovely organic restaurant called Giri Café and on Thursday evenings a lively craft market and traditional folk dancing at San Miquel´s church.
Santa Gertrudis: the best village to taste Spanish typical cured ham. For dining you should visit Bar Costa, Macao, Keto Kitchen or Finca La Plaza.
For local traditional food, try Sa Caleta restaurant. For a livelier scene, head to Cala Jondal, a long pebbly beach surrounded by millionaires' villas and with a line of bars and restaurants, like the famous Blue Marlin, open day and night.
Do you want to admire the sunset? Es Vedrá must be your choice.
SOUTH NORTH WEST
Firstly, you should visit beautiful beaches as Cala Molí and Cala Tarida.
S'illa des Bosc in Platges de Comte is a gorgeous restaurant for fresh fish and rices, and if you stay till sunset, the experience at the Sunset Ashram is lots of fun.
In Santa Agnes, you should visit Las Puertas del Cielo Bar and enjoy a drink on the top of the cliff and for sunset, walk to the left from the bar till the rocks on the top, the light in this part of the countryside of Ibiza is simply overwhelming.
