Introducing The Bar at the Bay, our relaxed family dining restaurant by the sea and the latest addition to the Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay dining collection.

Because even in a house of world-famous Japanese cuisine, not every evening calls for Black Cod Miso. Instead, gather over hand-stretched pizzas, generous pastas, perfectly grilled burgers and Mediterranean favourites, all served with the effortless spirit of an Ibiza summer.
