The Bar at the Bay

Introducing: The Bar at the Bay, our relaxed family dining restaurant by the sea and the latest addition to the Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay dining collection.

Because even in a house of world-famous Japanese cuisine, not every evening calls for Black Cod Miso. Instead, gather over hand-stretched pizzas, generous pastas, perfectly grilled burgers and Mediterranean favourites, all served with the effortless spirit of an Ibizan summer.

The kind of place where you linger over dessert, stories are shared and the best moments are the ones spent together.

Open daily from 7pm (last order at 11pm). Available for external guests.

Should you be running late, please contact our team, as tables can be held for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Our last seating is Monday to Sunday at 11pm for dinner. Please be aware that our kitchen closes 30 minutes later.

Our dress code is Ibiza elegant casual.
We will always do our best to accommodate special requests. However, these cannot be guaranteed.
